Mobile Streams Finally Names a New Chief Financial Officer

Mobile content distributor, Mobile Streams has announced that Gaston Cerf has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
He is replacing Gabriel Margent who resigned a year ago, and the company has been looking for an Argentina based replacement as part of its plan to relocate its global finance function to Argentina.
Mr. Cerf holds a BA in economics and will be based in the Argentina office, reporting to the Company's CEO. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cerf has more than 28 years experience in the corporate finance industry, working for companies such as Citibank and The Carrefour Group, where he held finance positions in Argentina, UK and France.
Commenting, Simon Buckingham, CEO of Mobile Streams said: "We are delighted that Gaston has joined the Company as CFO. Gaston is a highly experienced and accomplished finance professional."
Gaston Cerf was also granted 250,000 stock options. Per the Company's stock option program, these options will vest over a three-year period, with a third vesting after 12 months, 24 months and then 36 months from the grant date.
