T-Mobile USA Pushing Out iPhone Software Upgrades
Published on: 6th Apr 2013
T Mobile USA has started pushing out a software update to the Apple iPhones being used on its network to support Visual Voicemail LTE and HD Voice.
T-Mobile will formally start selling the iPhone range from next week, but already has a couple of million unlocked iPhones being used on its network. The software updates should bring those handsets up to full compatibility with its services.
The mobile network posted a support document for the software updates, which are available to iPhones running iOS 6.1.x.
The upgrades are being delivered as an over-the-air software patch, according to a report by TmoNews.
The software updates also include tweaks to improve the handset battery life.
