Note -- this news article is more than a year old.
Nokia's CEO, Stephen Elop has been accused of throwing an iPhone when he appeared on a Finnish TV programme, although the incident caught on film could be more accurately described as a nonchalant toss aside.
When the presenter, who claims to be a Nokia fan pulls out an iPhone, Elop exclaims "how embarrassing"
When pressed by the presenter that he wants to own a Nokia product and get rid of his iPhone, the Nokia boss responds with "I can take care of that for you" and then casually tosses the phone aside. You can just about hear it hitting the hard floor behind.
Finland is also the founding home to the World Mobile Phone Throwing Contests. We doubt the title holder need fear a challenge from the Nokia boss.
