The Soup Bowl with Built in iPhone Holder

For some people, the addiction to their smartphone is so great that they struggle to put the phone down even when eating.
For such a person salvation is available - if they like eating noodles that is - in the form of a ramen bowl with built in iPhone cradle.
The designers told the NY Daily News that they got the idea after seeing a solitary Taiwanese man eating with one hand while holding his phone with the other.
"He just couldn't let the phone go!" said Minnie Jan, 33, one of the designers of the bowl. "We thought it would be a good idea to help him restore his manners."
At the moment, the bowl is just a concept.
Presumably the eaters also have to be skilled at avoiding splashes on the phone screen when it is so close to the food.
