Hutchison Telecom Sells 300 Towers to Indonesian Operator

­Indonesian tower network operator, PT Solusi Tunas Pratama has announced that it is buying 300 towers from Hutchison Telecommunications (Three).

Although the brief statement from the company did not elaborate on the financials of the deal, it was previously reported that that the company is raising US$68 million from shareholders to fund tower purchases.

Solusi Tunas Pratama was established in 2006 as a dedicated tower operator and according to its website, currently has around 2,000 towers under ownership across the country.
