Roamware Buys Uruguay Based IPCom

Roamware has announced the acquisition of IPcom, a Uruguay based provider of mobile value added services solutions.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
IPcom has a footprint in Latin America with mobile operator customers in 18 countries in the region, and its product portfolio includes BSS/OSS, roaming, messaging, location based solutions, Big Data Analytics, mobile finance and MVNO solutions.
With this acquisition, Roamware said that it consolidates its position in Latin America and adds new solutions to its product portfolio.
