PLDT Looking for More Overseas MVNOs

Philippines based telco, Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. (PLDT) plans to expand its overseas MVNO capabilities as it seeks to serve ex-pat workers.
The company is targeting Europe, the USA and Japan as it seeks to add one million MVNO Filipino subscribers over the next three years. There are an estimated 10 million Filipinos working overseas, with around 3 million based in the USA alone.
The company already operates MVNOs in six countries and has around 230,000 customers in those countries.
