Apple Accuses Samsung of Abusing its Dominant Market Position

Published on:

Apple has taken its dispute with Samsung to South Korea's anti-trust watchdog, accusing the company of abusing its dominant market position.

The development was reported by the local Yonhap News Agency, who cited unnamed sources.

Just last week, both companies were slapped with sales bans by a court after they both lost patent lawsuits against each other.

The pyrrhic victory for the companies saw Apple's older models banned from sale, while some of Samsung's existing models are also banned.
