Samsung and Telefonica Sign a Partnership Agreement for Multinational Customers

Telefónica Global Solutions and Samsung have announced a partnership agreement to support end to end service delivery to multinational customers globally.
The agreement defines how Telefónica and Samsung will collaborate and how both companies will work together, covering marketing, pre-sales, bid management, product and services, global project management, device management and customer services and operations.
The partnership will encompass cooperation across both marketing and sales, specifically including joint operational processes and protocols for commercial collaboration and tracking.
The head of Telefónica Global Solutions Juan Carlos López Vives commented, "This is an exciting partnership and underpins seamless and innovative service delivery globally to MNC customers. Samsung's solutions for corporate customers are a good fit with our products and services, and together we'll continue to collaborate to drive forward innovation and ensure a world class customer experience"
