Apple Working on Smaller IPad Tablet - Rumour

Stronger rumours that Apple is working on a smaller iPad for later this year have emerged following a Bloomberg News report.
Citing two people with knowledge of the plans, Bloomberg confirmed previous reported that the company will launch the smaller iPad before the end of this year.
The new model is said to have a screen size between 7-8 inches, although most previous rumours have locked onto a fixed 7" model.
The product, which Apple may announce in October, won't come with the so-called "retina display" that is featured on the iPad, one of the people said.
The produce is expected to be aimed at the growing ebook market, which is currently dominated by Amazon's Kindle, and may face a challenge from Google's recently announced Android tablet.
