Etisalat Afghanistan Launches HSPA Services in Jalalabad

Etisalat Afghanistan says that it has launched HSPA services in Jalalabad in eastern Afghanistan. Jalalabad is the largest city in the region and is known for its social and business activities. Jalalabad is also the leading center of education in Afghanistan called the cradle of education.
