LG Goes Luke-Warm on Windows Phone Operating System

LG is not likely to be manufacturing another Microsoft based smartphone in the near future, although it will continue to research the Windows Phone based operating system.
An LG spokesman explained to the Korea Herald that "the total unit of Windows Phone sold in the global market is not a meaningful figure,"
The unnamed executive confirmed though that the company will "continue research and development efforts" on Windows Phones.
Microsoft's chief executive Steve Ballmer is expected to hold a meeting with LG's CEO next month as part of a wide-ranging visit to Seoul.
