Apple's co founder Steve Wozniak has sparked considerable tech chatter after he commented in an interview that he is rather keen on Nokia's latest smartphone.

Wozniak purchased one of the new Windows Phone based Lumia 900 smartphones and says that overall, he prefers the look and feel of the Windows Phone apps to that of the Android and iPhone apps.

He also generally preferred Windows Phone over Android as a whole package, but still seemed to lean towards Apple in the end.

Curiously, and maybe suggesting why some Apple users are so fanatical about their devices, Wozniak said of the Windows device, that he feels like he more with a friend than a tool.

Although he expressed praise for the Windows Phone platform, he said he would stick with his iPhone. Windows lacks enough apps and critically, lacks a voice dictation system similar to Apple's Siri.

What would happen if or when the Windows system delivers those though.
