Telekom Slovenije Sued by Rival Telco Over Tariff Plans

Slovenia based Telekom Slovenije has confirmed that it is being sued for EUR86 million by rival telco, Tusmobil.
Tusmobil claims that Telekom Slovenije's mobile network subsidiary, Mobitel abused its dominant position on the retail and wholesale telecommunication markets with the introduction of the Itak Džabest price plan.
Telekom Slovenije denies the charges.
