Microsoft Offers Windows Phone Emulator for Android and IPhones

Microsoft has developed a mobile browser based emulator for its Windows Phone operating system - that can be used on Android and Apple smartphones.
The idea behind the marketing tool is to show off the software functionality - which is an increasingly important aspect of handset selection for many consumers.
To access the service, smartphone users can just go to http://aka.ms/wpdemo on their mobile browser and the handset will load the emulator along with a series of service demos.
Whether it will persuade the ardent Apple fan boys to switch allegiance seems unlikely, although Android fans might waver when considering their next upgrade.
