ZTE Signs Exclusive Managed Service Contract With Nepal's Ncell

­ZTE says that it has won a three-year Managed Service project with Nepal's Ncell. The contract includes managed services for Ncell's existing Radio network including active and passive infrastructure, site maintenance, management of equipment from multiple vendors and OPEX optimization.

Sweden's Teliasonera is the 60.4 percent owner of Ncell - through indirect shareholdings though other subsidiary companies.

Yang Jiaxiao, General Manager of ZTE's Service Product Line, said: "This marks the beginning of cooperation between ZTE and TeliaSonera in global managed service projects. Through this project, we can demonstrate our ability to create more value for our clients in this new area."
