Rogers AT&T Extends Exclusive Retail Agreement

The Canadian cellular network, Rogers AT&T Wireless has renewed its exclusive retail agreement with RadioShack Canada for an additional 5 year term commencing January 1, 2002. Under the terms of the agreement, RadioShack Canada stores across the country will continue to offer exclusively Rogers AT&T Wireless products. In addition, the two companies will continue to work together to operate Rogers AT&T Wireless Communications Express stores across Canada. There are 473 RadioShack corporate store locations, 360 Associate Dealer store locations and 55 Rogers AT&T Wireless Communications Express store locations which offer Rogers AT&T Wireless products and services exclusively. RadioShack is Rogers AT&T Wireless' largest retail partner, and this contract will prevent RadioShack from reselling services from any other cellular network."
