Motorola Seeks to Close Indian Network

India's BPL Cellular has failed to pay a US$23 million outstanding bill to Motorola, three weeks after a legal notice was served on the company. The Financial Expres reports that Motorola India has now initiated the procedure to request an order to close the company in India's High Court. BPL Cellular is currently in the process of merging with Birla-AT&T-TATA."
