Work on 5G Phones Started

With 3G barely begun, 4G being theorized, it has emerged that Japan's DoCoMo is already considering applications for a fifth generation of mobile phone. 5G phones would start to appear around 2020 and support data speeds in excess of 100Mbits. DoCoMo expects that the 5G phones will feature 3D imaging capability and be used for video conferencing or playing 3D games."
