India's BSNL has ordered a mobile video streaming platform from Dilithium.
BSNL's South Zone will deploy 3G Live TV & other video services, in
cooperation with Huawei. The solution includes the Dilithium DTG 3021 multimedia
gateway and the DCA content adaptation and video streaming solution, enabling
2-way video calling and other video services.
Orange UK says that it has developed a business oriented "home
screen" for the Samsung Omnia Pro B7330 smartphone. The new interface which
is being limited to medium and large companies, makes it easier to access email,
calendars, contacts and customer information from the mobile phone.
Canadian CDMA network, MTS Allstream is to overlay a HSPA+ network, with
hardware supplied by Ericsson. The deal is part of a previously announced
network sharing and roaming agreement with Rogers Wireless.
