Vodafone Qatar Signs Up 100,000 Subscribers in 2 Months

­Vodafone Qatar announced today that since the company's launch of services 2 months ago 100,000 customers have joined to date. Of these 100,000 customers approximately 50% opened a Freedom account - Vodafone's Postpay-equivalent product. The remaining 50% joined RED - Vodafone's new Prepay tariff which was launched earlier this month.

Over 30% of all customers joined in Vodafone's Online Store, with the rest via Vodafone's own retail store and some 500 partner distribution outlets.
