Tranzeo WiMAX Equipment To Be Deployed in Spain

­Tranzeo Wireless Technologies has announced that its family of WiMAX subscriber units will be used by Spanish telecommunications operator Nostracom. The operator recently announced the selection of Aperto Networks for their fixed wireless network and as a result, Tranzeo's subscriber units will be used.

Tranzeo is the exclusive supplier of subscriber units to Aperto for their carrier class WiMAX Forum certified PacketMAX product line.

Tranzeo says that this is one of several design wins it expects to announce over the next several months.
