Lebara Mobile Recruits 200 Extra Staff

Low cost MVNO, Lebara Mobile has announced the creation of 200 new jobs, including 55 at a new multi lingual customer services centre sited near its London base in Tower Hill. To meet the needs of its diverse customer base, customers' calls can be answered in one of 12 languages by Lebara's customer services team, which has grown substantially over the last year.
Lebara Mobile has also recruited a number of senior staff to its UK organisation, including Russell Atkinson who joined the company in April as the new Managing Director for Lebara Mobile UK, having most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for credEcard. Previously, Russell was Managing Director of Blackhawk Network and Director of EPayments at Travelex.
James Condon, who was recently recruited into the newly-created role of Chief Marketing Officer, has joined from Tesco where he was Brand Communication and Trade Planning Director.
