Redline's Products Selected by I-NetLink to Power WiMAX Network

I-NetLink Wireless, a Canada-based wireless communications company, has chosen Redline's RedMAX products for its network roll-out across 150 communities in rural Manitoba. The RedMAX network, which will be the largest WiMAX network in Manitoba, will also allow I-Netlink to expand its network to areas where high capacity services were not available due to lack of fiber and limited interest from larger carriers in the past.

"I-NetLink is leading the way in deploying WiMAX solutions to rural regions of Canada, not only stimulating the economy by providing critical communications technology, but by deploying what will become one of the largest 3.5 GHz WiMAX networks in Canada," said Kevin Suitor, Vice President of Marketing, Redline Communications. "We look forward to supporting them as they continue to expand their network, deploy additional RedMAX base stations and support their customers with superior services."

The WiMAX network will be deployed using I-NetLink's 3.5 GHz licensed spectrum holdings and extend its current infrastructure of 135 privately owned and operated towers, making I-NetLink the second largest telecommunications provider in the province.
