UK Based Superdrug to Sell MVNO Top-Ups

UK based MVNO, Lebara Mobile says that it has signed a new partnership agreement with the high street retailer, Superdrug. Under the deal, Superdrug will sell Lebara Mobile airtime at its 915 stores across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland with immediate effect.

Jon Fawcett, Head of Group Marketing for Lebara Mobile, commented: "In addition to the existing retail relationships that Lebara Mobile has already secured throughout the UK, this new partnership with Superdrug presents an exceptionally exciting opportunity. This announcement further underlines our goal to make our service as easy and convenient as possible for consumers to access and use. And, our commitment to long term partnerships with national retailers is just another example of how we're maintaining our leadership position."

Superdrug is owned by Hutchison Whampoa - and until recently was being used to sell mobile phones connected to the parent company's Hutchison 3G network.
