SIM Problems in Finland

The Finnish GSM network, Sonera has announced that it is to replace 360,000 customers SIM cards due to a software fault in the cards. The cards affected are those made by Setec, and Sonera uses cards from four manufacturers. Sonera and Setec are in discussions about the cost of the replacement program. The fault was apparently detected at the end of last year."
