UK and Japan to Co-ordinate on 4G Cell Phones

The UK Trade and Industry Department and the Japanese Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications have signed an agreement to work together to develop the standards for 4G cellular network, according to vice minister Koji Hamada."
