Brazil GSM Auction Cancelled

Brazil's telecommunications regulatory agency Anatel has cancelled the first of three GSM license auctions, after the only bidder was disqualified on technical grounds. The two remaining auctions on February 20 and March 13 are still to proceed, although the regulator may now review the auction procedure."
