Graeme Hobbs Appointed Motorola's UK Country Manager

LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Mobile phone maker Motorola said Tuesday it has appointed Graeme Hobbs as country manager for the U.K.

Hobbs has also been appointed chairman of Motorola and will continue his role as senior director for business operations for Motorola's government and public safety business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a position he has held since 2006.

Hobbs joined Motorola in 1994.
