Amdocs Extends T-Mobile Austria Contract
Amdocs says that it has expanded its relationship with T-Mobile Austria. Under the three year agreement, Amdocs is providing T-Mobile Austria with data center operations and application management services to support the provider's wireline business segment.
Amdocs is now managing T-Mobile Austria's wireline switch control (for provisioning of services over the network) and billing systems. Amdocs completed the planning, implementation and migration of T-Mobile Austria's data within a five-month timeframe.
This agreement follows the deployment of the Amdocs billing system at tele.ring, and the deployment of the Amdocs customer management products across T-Mobile Austria.
