Russia's Megafon Mulls $4.5B to Build Iran Network

Russia's third largest mobile operator Megafon is considering investing around $4.5 billion to set up a network in Iran, Kommersant business daily reported Tuesday, citing Chief Executive Sergei Soldatenkov.
