Brazil's Claro to Invest $1.2 Billion in 3G Network

Brazilian mobile phone operator Claro will invest approximately 2 billion Brazilian reals ($1.2 billion) in installing its new third generation data transmission network, said Joao Cox, CEO of Claro, which is a unit of America Movil.
