T-Mobile UK has appointed Andrew Coull as Director of Retail. Andrew joined T-Mobile in January 2007 as Head of Retail Operations, bringing with him over 15 years of retail experience across a range of sectors. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving T-MobileÃ's retail vision and customer service delivery. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Andrew worked in a range of retail positions at beauty retailer, Superdrug (owned by Hutchison Whampoa), food supermarket chain SainsburyÃ's and clothing to foods retailer, Marks & Spencer.

"T-Mobile as a retail business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years and I am excited to be a part of such a customer-focused organisation," said Andrew. "Strengthening our front-line resources is a key priority to ensure our retail staff can deliver the best possible service. Unlocking the potential of our store staff is crucial to building our retail presence on the high street and growing the business in what remains a highly competitive market."
