Telecom Italia Media Chief Executive Steps Down

ROME -(Dow Jones)- Telecom Italia Media, the media unit of Telecom Italia, said late Friday its chief executive, Antonio Campo Dall'Orto, has resigned.

In a statement, Telecom Italia Media said Campo Dall'Orto will stay on the board of directors and remain chief executive of TV channel MTV Italia and chairman of advertising subsidiary MTV Pubblicita.

"Campo Dall'Orto expressed the wish to dedicate himself fully to the development of MTV Italia's activities, which he launched and has always led, in the challenging context of the digital revolution taking place in the media," the company said.
