VimpelCom May Buy Sky Mobile As Part of Loan Deal

Russia's second-largest mobile operator VimpelCom has made a deal to purchase Kyrgyz operator Sky Mobile from Russian conglomerate Alfa Group, Interfax news agency reported Thursday, citing a source familiar with the deal.
