VimpelCom Subsidiary to Manage Kyrgyzstan GSM Network

Russia's VimpelCom has announced that the its Kazakhstan subsidiary, KaR-Tel has signed a management agreement to assist in operation and management of the network of Sky Mobile, a leading GSM operator in Kyrgyzstan.
