MTS in Talks to Buy Tajik Mobile Operator Vavilon

Russia's largest cellular provider by users, Mobile TeleSystems (MTS), is in talks to buy Tajikistan's Vavilon Mobile, the Vedomosti business daily reported Tuesday, citing unnamed sources.
