Toshiba Smartphone to Use Windows Mobile

Toshiba has confirmed that its new Portégé G810 Smartphone, which is due to launch in Q2 2008, will support the newly-announced Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system.

The phone is Toshiba’s first HSUPA device to come with touch screen, a 3 mega pixel camera and GPS receiver.

First unveiled in Barcelona at Mobile World Congress 2008, the smartphone is scheduled to launch in June 2008.
