VimpelCom Plans to Have Vietnam Network Operational by End-08

OAO Vimpel Communications, Russia's second-largest cellular operator by number of users, still expects its network in Vietnam to be operational by the end of the year, Chief Executive Alexander Izosimov said Wednesday.
