Brazil Telecom Vivo 4Q Net BRL28.3M Vs BRL885.6M

Brazil's leading cellular operator, Vivo Participacoes, reported Thursday a fourth-quarter net profit of 28.3 million Brazilian reals ($16.41 million), down sharply from BRL885.6 million in 2006, which was influenced by the conclusion of the second phase of the company's share restructuring.
