Russia's Megafon Gets OK to Bid for License in Iran

The board of Russia's third largest mobile operator Megafon has approved the company to bid in a tender for a cellular license in Iran, the newspaper Vedomosti reported Tuesday, citing an unnamed source close to Megafon.
