Korea Transition Team Hints at Shift on Mobile Phones

South Korea's government transition committee under President-elect Lee Myung-bak shifted from its earlier position and hinted that it would leave mobile phone service charges to be determined by market principles, Yonhap News Agency reported Sunday.
