Mobile Phone in the Shape of a Packet of Cigarettes

A Chinese company has launched a mobile phone which not only shaped to look like a packet of cigarettes, but is actually capable of holding 7 real cigarettes inside its casing as well. The Xiang Yan Wang 3838 is designed to look like a packet of Chonghwa branded cigarettes - which is a major seller in China.

The phone itself is a dual-band GSM900/1800 model with built-in MP3 player, 0.8-megapixel-camera and external memory card slot and reportedly sells for just over US$100.

Rather ironically, Shanghai Tobacco issued a warning only last week, telling consumers to watch out for fake cigarettes using it's Chonghwa brand. The warning did not apply to this mobile phone, although it is not clear if the branding association is formally licensed.
