3 Italia Signs MVNO Agreement with Association 50 and Piu Fenacom

MILAN -(Dow Jones)- Hutchinson Whampoa's Italian unit 3 Italia said Wednesday it has signed a mobile virtual network operator, or MVNO, agreement with 50&Piu Fenacom, part of national retailers' association Confcommercio.

Under the agreement, 3 Italia will offer the association, which has more than 400,000 members, mobile telephone services including voice, data and video.

The mobile services will be available in the 800 offices which are part of 50&Piu Fenacom's national network within the first few months of next year.
