Vodafone Orders Mobile Web Formatting Tools from Openwave

Vodafone Spain has ordered a series of mobile web services from Openwave Systems. Part of Openwave's next generation service management portfolio, these solutions will enable Vodafone Spain to provide its subscribers with device-formatted content from websites to any mobile device.

OpenWeb ensures that the most relevant sections of the website are delivered in the first or second segmented deck so that users receive the most important data from the website faster their mobile device.

Openwave SCM (Secure Content Management) delivers a multi-protocol, multi-service defense across messaging, browsing and downloads against the rapidly growing variety of threats to mobile services.
