Saudi Mobily to Spend $1B on Wireless Broadband Tech - CEO

Etihad Etisalat, or Mobily, Saudi Arabia's second mobile operator, plans to spend at least $1 billion in the next four years to tap into an anticipated boom in wireless broadband networking, the company's chief executive said Saturday.
