Telekom Austria Sees EUR1.26B-EUR1.33B Price for All of MDC

Telekom Austria expects to have to pay between EUR1.26 billion and EUR1.33 billion to acquire all of Belarus mobile telephony firm Mobile Digital Communications, the Austrian telecommunications provider's Chief Financial Officer Hans Tschuden said Friday.
