Cable & Wireless Upgrades Caribbean Billing Platform

Comverse has announced that Cable & Wireless has deployed it's Real-Time Billing Solution (RTBS) to support its mobile customers across 13 Caribbean islands.

"Comverse Billing has meant great things for our mobile customers," commented Paul Hamburger, Chief Commercial Officer of Cable & Wireless Americas & Caribbean. "This includes improved general service reliability which is our paramount concern. It has also enabled us to offer innovative services we know our customers want, from easy international roaming, to real-time rewards for usage and flexible billing programs that give customers optimal value together with controlled spending."
