Mexico Telecom Regulator Sees Spectrum Sales Delayed to 2008

Mexico's telecommunications regulator Cofetel said Thursday that its plan to auction four spectrum bands this year will probably have to be pushed back to 2008 as it waits for final approval from the Communications and Transport Ministry.
