Sistema: MTS In Talks To Buy Armenia's K-Telecom

Russian cellular operator Mobile TeleSystems, or MTS, is in talks to buy K-Telecom, Armenia's largest cellular operator by subscribers, a spokesman for MTS's parent company AFK Sistema said Tuesday.
